I am Natalie Woodhall-Smith, a fully qualified and insured Clinical Reflexologist based in Dinas Powys, Cardiff. I trained at the prestigious Inspira Academy. Therefore, I combine high-level clinical expertise with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to my reflexology practice. As a neurodivergent practitioner myself, I provide a neurodiverse-friendly and supportive environment. Consequently, every client feels safe, validated, and understood throughout their entire holistic therapy experience.

Specialisms & Techniques I specialise in Duopody© Reflexology, which is an innovative method where I treat both feet simultaneously to map the body’s systems with precision. In particular, my practice focuses on:

• Neurodiverse-Friendly Care: Bringing strong sensory awareness and adaptable communication to suit your individual processing style.
• Nervous System Regulation: Using targeted foot protocols to help shift the body from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest.” This effectively supports those with chronic stress or sensory overload.
• Anatomically Informed Practice: My background in Sport and Exercise Science (HND) and Sports Massage (Level 4) provides a deep understanding of musculoskeletal tension. This foundation directly informs my specialist reflexology treatments.
• Trauma-Informed Support: Creating a safe, predictable, and person-centred space where your boundaries are always the absolute priority.
