Hi there, I’m Annie Trigg, I am a highly trained, CAREA affiliated, Clinical Duopody Reflexologist who lives and works in Cardiff. At Funky Feet I use a clinical technique called Duopody to work the different body systems specifically, working both feet together. Alongside this, I incorporate other reflexology techniques including, ART, Precision, Cancer Care, Ingham, Touchpoint, Palliative, Maternity, Fertility, Lymphatic Drainage & Orthopody techniques. I have spent many years as a Reflexology Practitioner at Funky Feet alongside being a Reflexology Tutor of Foundation Qualification Level 5 and CPD, co-author of The PodyCharts Textbook and Posters and valuable years as part of The Complementary Therapies Department at Velindre Cancer Trust & Teenage Cancer trust, treating patients.
