Hi there, I am Annie Trigg. I am a highly trained, CAREA affiliated, Clinical Duopody Reflexologist who lives and works in Cardiff. At Funky Feet, I use a clinical technique called Duopody to work the different body systems specifically, working both feet together. Therefore, I can map the body’s systems with true precision. Consequently, I focus on delivering deeply therapeutic and tailored care for every client.

Specialisms & Techniques I have spent many years as a Reflexology Practitioner at Funky Feet alongside being a Reflexology Tutor of Foundation Qualification Level 5 and CPD. In addition, I am the co-author of The PodyCharts Textbook and Posters. My background includes valuable years as part of the Complementary Therapies Department at Velindre Cancer Trust and Teenage Cancer Trust. In particular, I incorporate a wide range of advanced reflexology techniques, including:

• Clinical & Advanced Methods: Duopody, Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART), Precision, and Orthopody techniques.
• Specialist Care: Cancer Care, Palliative Care, and supporting patients within the Teenage Cancer Trust.
