About
I come from a background in education, with nearly 15 years’ experience supporting children and young people who were unable to attend school due to anxiety and emotional wellbeing difficulties. This work sparked a longstanding interest in the relationship between stress, anxiety, the nervous system, and overall wellbeing.
Over recent years, I have undertaken further specialist training in approaches focused on relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and mind–body support.
I am a qualified Duopody Reflexology practitioner with a particular interest in supporting people experiencing stress, overwhelm, and anxiety-related tension. I am also trained in NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody), an advanced reflexology approach developed specifically in relation to stress and anxiety support.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and tailored carefully to the individual, with a strong focus on relaxation, emotional safety, and professional practice.
