My journey into the world of reflexology began when I qualified back in the early 90s, and what an adventure it’s been ever since! I’ve always been passionate about pushing the boundaries of what reflexology can achieve. That passion led me to be the founder of the very first Level 5 Reflexology qualifications, starting with the Agored Cymru units and qualification, and evolving into the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine.

One of my proudest achievements is developing Duopody© – a unique treatment technique that works on both feet simultaneously to mirror the body’s systems. It’s a method I’m so honoured to see taught to the next generation of practitioners through our Level 5 regulated Diplomas.

For many years, I ran a bustling clinic where I fell in love with the challenge of sports-related injuries, thanks to my time as the resident reflexologist at my local rugby club! This inspired me to collaborate with the wonderful Annie Trigg who helped me to further develop ‘SportsFlex.’ Today, Annie and I continue to innovate and teach OrthoPody©, a specialised technique focusing on fascia and muscle chains. I truly believe that Duopody© and OrthoPody© are such awesome treatments because they don’t just reveal symptoms – they facilitate and enhance the body’s own incredible, innate ability to heal itself.

I am also absolutely thrilled to share The PodyCharts©, a project that is so close to my heart. Annie and I spent years developing and writing these 92 pages of detailed, anatomical foot maps to bridge the gap between science and holistic therapy. They aren’t just drawings; they are superbly detailed, artistic images of every body system, measured precisely against the ‘micro’ skeleton of the feet. Throughout my career, I’ve been so lucky to learn from many of my students who studied with me at Inspira Academy and also to have learned so much from many of the industry’s leading lights, including Chris Stormer, Hanne Marquardt, Lynne Booth, Suzanne Enzer, Tony Porter and the superb team at Touchpoint Denmark, to name just a few! I love what I do, I love this community, and have always been in awe with the power of Reflexology, and Duopody Reflexology in particular!
